半导体材料的一般都很熟悉氧化锌的发光,带边,紫外光,空位绿光。但是对于紫外应该是低于390吧。具体的这个范围是怎么确定的啊?我看到一片文章居然说401的紫外发光,觉得这个界限好象不清楚啊,请大家都来谈谈看法,或者交流哈读文献的经验哈。看到过哪些ZnO发光比较奇怪的行为以及解释哈。

Fig. 5 shows the room-temperature PL spectrum of the ZnO whiskers. Three
emission bands, including a strong ultraviolet emission at B401 nm, a strong blue emission at B443 nm, as well as a weak blue–green emission at B484 nm, were observed. The UV and green emission have been studied for many years and the mechanisms for them have been clearly known.
The UV emission is attributed to the near band edge emission of the wide band gapof ZnO due to the annihilation of excitons [27]. And the green
emission corresponds to the singly ionized oxygen vacancy in ZnO and results from the recombination of photogenerated hole with the single ionized charge state of this defect [28]. However, the mechanism is not yet clear for the blue emission although the blue band emission has been reported in the ZnO films and ZnO nanorods [6,29]. The weak blue–green emission implies that there are few surface defects in the ZnO whiskers, which is in agreement with the result obtained from the HRTEM observation.

ZnO的发光机制比较复杂,虽然带边发光主要在380~390nm,但是如果自由激子浓度较大时,发生激子碰撞几率增大,发光会向长波方向红移,形成激子分子发光(p带)和电子空穴等离子体发光(EHP),而后者正好在蓝光范围
关于此文献中401nm的发光,我猜测作者是想强调此发光来自于带边发光,而不是说401nm也属于紫外区,作者这种提法可能欠妥
当然我没有看楼主提到的文献,只是一家之言
