【讨论】关于ZnO发光

半导体材料的一般都很熟悉氧化锌的发光,带边,紫外光,空位绿光。但是对于紫外应该是低于390吧。具体的这个范围是怎么确定的啊?我看到一片文章居然说401的紫外发光,觉得这个界限好象不清楚啊,请大家都来谈谈看法,或者交流哈读文献的经验哈。看到过哪些ZnO发光比较奇怪的行为以及解释哈。 Fig. 5 shows the room-temperature PL spectrum of the ZnO whiskers. Three emission bands, including a strong ultraviolet emission at B401 nm, a strong blue emission at B443 nm, as well as a weak blue–green emission at B484 nm, were observed. The UV and green emission have been studied for many years and the mechanisms for them have been clearly known. The UV emission is attributed to the near band edge emission of the wide band gapof ZnO due to the annihilation of excitons [27]. And the green emission corresponds to the singly ionized oxygen vacancy in ZnO and results from the recombination of photogenerated hole with the single ionized charge state of this defect [28]. However, the mechanism is not yet clear for the blue emission although the blue band emission has been reported in the ZnO films and ZnO nanorods [6,29]. The weak blue–green emission implies that there are few surface defects in the ZnO whiskers, which is in agreement with the result obtained from the HRTEM observation.
