审稿人针对XPS数据提出了一个Differential charging，求各位大神科普！ 已有3人参与

审稿意见中有一个专家是分析方面的行家，提到XPS测试中的 differential charging问题。首先，我不太懂这个专业用语的意思，另外，这个 differential charging 在XPS可以通过哪些手段来规避吗？请路过的朋友们帮个忙，感谢！ 以下是审稿人原话： Line 247-248 "including [SO3]2- at 166.6 eV 14, [S2O3]2- at 167.5 eV, [SO4]2- at 169.0 eV, and [SxO6]2- (x=2~6) at 168.5 eV" from the given data it is very hard to conclude on the different species as the BE differs only down to 0.5 eV. It can be noticed that there is a significant amount of differential charging present within the sample which is due to the composition of electrically conductive and nonconductive components. |
