外导回复了套磁邮件，求各位分析

给外导发了套磁信后，有两个导师回复积极，都是三小时之内收到了导师的回复。但是看了回复喜忧参半，请各位大神帮忙分析一下博士申请是否有戏 Professor 1 直接回复： Do you need an international Scholarship? Australian PhD programs are not very good, and it is difficult to get a job with an Australian PhD. I usually recommend that students go to the US, or if they can't, then to Singapore or Hong Kong.
