temperature control １）velocity re-scaling algorithm 这种方法很不好! 现在几乎不用了！ 一般用nose-hoover ,andersion ２）nose-hoover thermost: molecualr physics 1984,vol.52.No,2.255-268;A molecular dynamics method for simulations in the canonical ensemble ３）anderson thermost 这三种方法都可以在 understanding molecular simulation _ from algorithms to application frenkel and smit P: 139页找到！ pressure control 1)langevin ”Constant pressure molecular dynamics algorithms”, J. Chem. Phys 101(5), 1994, piston fluctuation controlimplemented using Langevin dynamics as in SE Feller, Y Zhang, RW Pastor and BR Brooks, ”Constant pressure molecular dynamics simulation: The Langevin piston method”, J. Chem. Phys.103(11), 1995. 2) volume rescaling methods !我觉得和 nose-hoover 压力浴时一致的 3) anderson methoud (week coupling method) 也anderson 热浴原理一致. 在那本书给出的参考文献列表里应该有. 其实，温度和压力控制的原理几乎一直，只是控制的物理量不一致． [ Last edited by superdirac on 2009-4-8 at 22:28 ] |
