外导要我申CSC，并且比较明确的告诉我没有其他资金，我回复说申CSC需要邀请信。然后就给我发了如下内容：
You can prepare the needed letter and I can sign it. But you will need much more. Here you must work independently and I can give you only some technical information or signatures. I don’t have the time to do the application for you.
这个意思是邀请信要我自己写，他签字？那其他材料呢，他还需要准备他的简历，专家推荐信什么的，都我写？？这也太随意了吧。有遇到跟我情况一样的小伙伴么求交流～
