这两个题让我很困惑。 1. for the timely investment from the general public, our company would not be so thriving as it is. A. Had it not been B. Were it not C. Be it not D. Should it not be 答案是B 我觉得应该是A.因为肯定是先投资，公司然后繁荣的。 2. More people will eat out in restaurants _____ they do today. A. than B. when C. while D. as 答案是D. 我觉得A没有问题，因为more是比较啊。 请教过两个美国人，意见和我一致。但是两个很有经验的中国老师都说2的答案就是D. 说不是比较，是方式。意思是，就如今天一样，将来会有更多的人出去下馆子。 希望大家路过说说自己的观点。 谢谢！ |

第一题我最终请教了多个英语母语人士，最后朋友推荐了一个英语母语语言老师，这是解释： Correct answer is a) Explanation: This is an example of a mixed conditional with the first clause referring to a completed past event, and the second clause refering to a present state. In such conditional sentences, the 'past perfect' form ( had + past participle) is used to refer to past actions, while the 'would + infinitive' form is used to refer to present states/events. |
