[交流] 摘要翻译修改润色(化学合成,有效期至2009.4.4)

本文通过硫化钠直接中和还原苦味酸,采用盐酸单一加料法和自主研制的F-1晶型控制剂,制得球形DDNP,平均粒径大于350μm,其100目筛上物达到95%以上,散装密度在0.70~0.90g/cm3范围可控,耐压性大于400MPa,流散性好,生产过程中没有细小结晶和爆炸性粉尘,产品得率比传统的DDNP制备工艺提高2~3%,生产过程不需漂洗细小结晶工序,同时采用部分母液循环的办法,单位产品的工艺用水量为30~35kg/kg(DDNP),目前已实现工业化生产。
In order to obtain spherical  DDNP (Diazodinitrophenol)spherical DDNP were prepared by deoxidating picric acid with Na2S .single feeding hydrochloric acid and  F-1 additive., No.100 sieve number of particles has greater than 95%, the average grain diameter of it is over 350μm, and resistance to pressure of it reaches 40 MPa. Moreover the  bulk specific weight are controllabled in the range of 0.75~0.90g/cm3. fluxion property of DDNP is good. There are no fine crystals and explosive dust in production process. Compared to traditional DDNP production techniques, product yield  increases 2-3%, and processing use of water is 30-50kg per kilogram of  DDNP. At present, the industrial production of the spherical DDNP has been realized.

Spherical DDNP is obtained through reducing picric acid with sodium sulfide and through the employment of single feeding of hydrochloric acid and self-developed F-1 crystal shape controller. Said product has an average pore size more than 350 micrometers with more than 95% is left above the sieve, a controllable bulk density between 0.70-0.90g/cm3, a baroduricity more than 400MPa, a good mobility. In the present produce process, no fine crystal or explosive dust is produced, and thus eliminate the need to wash away the fine crystals. The yield is 2-3% higher than the traditional method,and  through the cycle use of mother liquid the water need for each product unit is 30-35kg/kg.
