请问一篇文章投了业内一个比较好的期刊后被拒，大改之后又添了一些数据，改了题目再投，又被拒。编辑回复如下：
This paper has been examined in the Editorial Office before assigning to a referee. However, as this work has extensive passages that are the same or nearly the same as those in previously published works, it will not be considered for publication in the Journal.
请问是因为我二次投稿还是因为重复率高被拒的呢？
