请问这个审稿人的意见该怎么解决？如下： It seems to me that theoretical modeling does not provide any valuable information. PES SCAN procedure was used to plot changes of potential energy relative to changes in molecular structure. This is not rigorous method which can be used for careful exploration of PES profile. Accurate modeling of PES requires calculation of Minimum Energy Paths involving localization of TS structures and following IRC calculations for processes with well-defined saddle points. Alternatively, DOWNHILL calculations need to be used for reactions without well-defined transition states. 有如下问题，请帮忙回答下吧，谢谢！ 1）柔性扫描给出的势能面不是最小能量路径吗？ 2）意见提到的准确的模拟PES，是指把过渡态找出来，然后做个IRC吗？ 3）怎样像审稿人说的在不好确定过渡态时，根据反应物进行DOWNHILL计算？ |
