[交流] How many hours do you have to keep seated everyday

Are you living a sedentary life?? How many hours do you have to keep seated per day? Do you have any hacks to combat the fatigue?

Almost 5 hours each day. In the morning，i always do some examination and questioned debug which are necessary about my job. They will take 3 hours. Remain time is the time that i can do some documentary investigation which plays an imporment role in my work. In general, i always relax myself through chatting with my colleagues if they are not busy. Keep a positive self-image and take care of your healthy.
