| Normally 7-8 hours. But there was a time when I wrote a paper from 6 am to 1 am every day and this lasted for 3 days; I was extremely tired and cannot forget it. I often relax myself by running, playing ping-pong, listening to ASMR, enjoying music, or just meditating. Take care and keep healthy ! |

| Almost 5 hours each day. In the morning，i always do some examination and questioned debug which are necessary about my job. They will take 3 hours. Remain time is the time that i can do some documentary investigation which plays an imporment role in my work. In general, i always relax myself through chatting with my colleagues if they are not busy. Keep a positive self-image and take care of your healthy. |
