请教一种微缺口机械加工技术

请教虫友们一个机械加工方面的问题,我在文献中看到了一种razor micro-notching的技术,好像可以给金属加工切口,而且切口根部非常窄,就是几微米。下面是关于这种技术的几段英文描述,哪位了解这种技术请多多指教,不胜感激![]() 1、The notches were sharpened by a micro-notching procedure involving polishing at the root of the notch with a razor blade, which was irrigated with a 1 μm diamond suspension, to give a final crack length of ao ~ 1.8–2.6 mm (0.41 ≤ ao/W ≤ 0.60) with a reproducible root radius of 3–5 μm. 2、Samples were then taken from locations longitudinal or transverse to the bone long axis, and notched to form an initial crack of roughly half the sample width, which was then sharpened with a micronotching technique using a razor blade irrigated with a 1 μmdiamond suspension. 3、The notches were first introduced using a low-speed diamond saw, and then sharpened using a razor micro-notching technique. Micro-notches, with root radius ~3-5 μm, were obtained by repeatedly sliding a razor blade over the saw-cut notch using a custom-made rig, while continually irrigating with a 1 μm diamond slurry. 4、‘razor micro-notching’, where polishing with a razor blade at the root of a notch is used to produce a machined slot (i.e. with no crack closure and little damage ahead of the tip) with a root radius smaller than the characteristic microstructural dimensions (10 um). |
