求助有关色谱计算的问题

下面有个题，希望高手帮我解答，英文版的 An infinitely sharp zone of solute is placed at the center of a column at time t=0. After diffusion for time t1, the standard deviation of the Gaussian band is 1.0 mm.After 20 min more ,at time t2,the standard deviation is 2.0 mm. standard deviation of Gaussian peak (sigma) = square root of (2*D*t) or simply,the standard deviation of the peak is proportional to the square root of the time: 1mm ~ 根号下 t1 2mm ~ 根号下 t1+20 min ?mm ~ 根号下 t1+20 min+ 20 min 得到 t1 = 20/3 min ? = square root of 7 = 2.65 mm |
