本设计综合考虑国内外市场前景及市场占有率,对醋酸叔丁酯的工艺流程进行反应器设计。采用酸烯酯化法路线生产醋酸叔丁酯,以醋酸与异丁烯在一定条件下发生酯化反应生成醋酸叔丁酯,该路线操作条件温和,工艺相对比较成熟,属于比较理想的工艺流程。 设计内容主要包括:设计任务背景以及条件、工艺设计、工艺物料衡算与能量衡算、主要设备的选型和计算、搅拌器设计、反应器附属装置的选用、车间布置设计等。在设计过程中,通过对反应器流程的计算模拟及优化,用CAD绘制了间歇反应器设备图和整体反应器工艺流程图等工程图纸,完成了反应器设计初步阶段的相关工作。 发自小木虫Android客户端 |

The design on reactor of Tert-butyl acetate technological process was based on considerations on the market prospect and market share at home and abroad. In this design we used the Alkylene esterification route to produce Tert-butyl acetate. Esterification occurred when acetic acid react with isobutene under certain conditions and Tert-butyl acetate is formed. This route, having moderate operating conditions and relatively mature process, is an ideal process flow. The main contents of this design include: design background and conditions, process design, material balance and energy balance, the selection and calculation of main equipment, Selection of reactor accessories, workshop layout design, etc. In the process of the design, the related works of preliminary phase of the reactor design have been completed by computational simulation and optimization on reactor process and using CAD map the intermittent reactor equipment and the overall reactor process flow diagram and other engineering drawings. |
