The Ba1.6-xMg0.4SiO4: xEu2 + (x = 0.005, 0.01,0.03,0.05) (0.005 ¡Ü X ¡Ü 0.05) light-emitting materials are synthesized by the high-temperature solid-phase synthesis ,which excitation spectra and emission spectra are broadband spectrum. we research the effect of the activator Eu2 +on the matrix structure and luminescence properties. the results showed that luminescence intensity of the materials gradually increased with the Eu2 + ion concentration increasesing , When the Eu2 + ion doped reached 0.03% mol, the maximum luminous intensity of Materials was found, and then followed with the Eu2 + ion concentration increasesing,luminous intensity of the materials was lower the series of Ba1.2-xMg0.8SiO4: xEu2 + (x = 0.005, 0.01,0.03,0.05) (0.005 ¡Ü X ¡Ü 0.05) phosphor are synthesized by the High-temperature solid-state reaction. we studied the effect of the activator Eu2 + on the matrix structure and luminescence properties. the studied Ba1.2-xMg0.8SiO4: xEu2 + luminescent materials showed broadband launch under UV irradiation , the range of excitation spectra from 250nm to 430nm, with the absorption band of energy range from the ultraviolet to the blue-green light [ Last edited by mayong11 on 2009-3-25 at 15:35 ] |
