通过高温固相法合成了Ba1.6-xMg0.4SiO4:xEu2+(x = 0.005, 0.01,0.03,0.05)(0.005≤X≤0.05)发光材料,其激发光谱和发射光谱均为宽带谱。研究了激活剂Eu2+,对基质结构的影响及发光性能的影响。材料随着Eu2+离子浓度的增加,发光强度逐渐增强,当Eu2+离子掺杂量达到0.03%mol时,材料的发光强度最大,之后随着Eu2+离子浓度的增加,发生浓度碎灭,发光强度降低。 采用高温固相反应法合成了组分为Ba1.2-xMg0.8SiO4:xEu2+ (x = 0.005, 0.01,0.03,0.05)(0.005≤X≤0.05)系列荧光粉。研究了激活剂Eu2+对基质结构的影响及发光性能的影响。所研究的Ba1.2-xMg0.8SiO4:xEu2+发光材料在紫外光照射下均呈宽带发射,激发光谱为250nm到430nm,具有从紫外到蓝绿光波段能量的吸收范围。 |

The Ba1.6-xMg0.4SiO4: xEu2 + (x = 0.005, 0.01,0.03,0.05) (0.005 ≤ X ≤ 0.05) light-emitting materials are synthesized by the high-temperature solid-phase synthesis ,which excitation spectra and emission spectra are broadband spectrum. we research the effect of the activator Eu2 +on the matrix structure and luminescence properties. the results showed that luminescence intensity of the materials gradually increased with the Eu2 + ion concentration increasesing , When the Eu2 + ion doped reached 0.03% mol, the maximum luminous intensity of Materials was found, and then followed with the Eu2 + ion concentration increasesing,luminous intensity of the materials was lower the series of Ba1.2-xMg0.8SiO4: xEu2 + (x = 0.005, 0.01,0.03,0.05) (0.005 ≤ X ≤ 0.05) phosphor are synthesized by the High-temperature solid-state reaction. we studied the effect of the activator Eu2 + on the matrix structure and luminescence properties. the studied Ba1.2-xMg0.8SiO4: xEu2 + luminescent materials showed broadband launch under UV irradiation , the range of excitation spectra from 250nm to 430nm, with the absorption band of energy range from the ultraviolet to the blue-green light [ Last edited by mayong11 on 2009-3-25 at 15:35 ] |
