[求助] 投稿后，编辑写信让把推荐审稿人加上，但是投稿系统里面没有填推荐审稿人的地方

投的是Neural Computing and Applications，编辑的信如下

Kindly mention the country name of the suggested reviewers in the “Reason” box during the “Suggest Reviewers” submission step. Also, ensure not to suggest reviewers from your home country.
