今天收到审稿意见,下面这段话应该怎么回答他呀,谢谢大家 Restraints ---------- We see from the CIF that the authors made extensive use of restraints in most of the refinements [11 for compound-2 and 199 for compound-4]. There is of course nothing wrong with this at all, as long as full details of exactly what these restraints were, and why they were needed, are supplied by the authors so that the reader is then fully aware of what was done to generate the reported models.
