Micro-satellite technology is used to study  the genetic diversity and genetic differentiation and influencing factorsof  of the five White moth invasion species  from America to China. 10 pairs of microsatellite primers for the 300 samples for PCR amplification of DNA and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis analysis. Hyphantria cunea five species of the percentage of polymorphic loci P = 98.36%; percentage of polymorphic loci the size of the order: Cangzhou species, species Yantai, Qinhuangdao species, Dandong species, Shijiazhuang species; cunea entire groups of genetic differentiation : 34.38% of variation exists in the inter-species, 65.62% of variation exists in the species, the genetic distance ranged from 0.1386 ~ 0.3224. UPGMA method using Nei's genetic distance for cluster analysis, clustering results show that: the degree of differentiation of species and differentiation of time and invasion is closely related to the source. Hyphantria cunea impact of genetic diversity and species genetic differentiation of the main factors are longitude, Plain ratio of annual precipitation, latitude, invasion time. Hyphantria cunea existing species forming the genetic structure of its life history characteristics and properties of invasion ecology.
