Then, we detected indicators, such as degranulation situation of RBL-2H3 cells, release rate and histamine release rate of β-HEX, and release of cytokines TNF-α and IL-4. In this way, the interaction between indicators and degranulation of RBL-2H3 cells in the two signaling pathways was analyzed. 希望有帮助 |
