Technical Manager / Senior Technical Manager – Energy (Ref. 17031) 职责 •Incubation of new and innovative project ideas for product oriented R&D; •Preparation of R&D project proposal, with inputs from internal members and industrial collaborators; •Planning of project including project schedule, budgeting and resource allocation; •Performing and completing R&D projects in a timely manner; •Commercialization of R&D results – further refinement of project results to an actual product; •Growth and development of the respective team, and the development of core technologies for the long term growth; •Establishing long term and strategic partnerships with industries, academia and related organizations to drive innovative product and process development. 入职要求 •Higher Degree holder, preferably PhD, in any relevant science and engineering disciplines; •At least 6 years of R&D experience after post-graduation, with at least 3 years of industrial R&D experience in the areas of energy and polymer and ceramic composites; •Proven track record in people and project management; •Ability to establish, build, and maintain networks with academic, professional communities, and industries in related areas; •Positive, creative, analytical and good troubleshooting skills; •Good Initiative and ability to work independently, have a sense of ownership for his/her work; •Good interpersonal and communication skills; good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
