收到邮件索要汉字名字？ 已有3人参与

昨天投稿某期刊，收到了投稿成功的邮件。今天又收到一封邮件，发件人并不是该期刊某个编辑，在期刊网页上也没找到他的名字，但是看邮箱后缀是没问题。内容如下 Dear xxx: As an author who has submitted to xxx, you appear on our database with the name xxx. We would like to complete our database by adding your name in Chinese characters, since this information is very helpful to indexing agencies, and helps us in eliminating duplicates. (The Chinese name will not appear in any articles.) Could you please send us an email with your name in Chinese characters, and if possible the URL for your web page?
