1.电热水器保温层----无氟聚氨酯整体发泡技术 该技术利用全自动高压发泡机把整机所需要的保温材料聚醚多元醇和异氰酸脂(俗称白料和黑料，比例：1.05：1)注入产品中，在内胆与外壳之间形成一层保温层，以确保热水器良好的保温效果。发泡密度：24～29kg/m³ ，发泡厚达40—60mm 该技术能够实现长时间保温的效果，美的热水器的水温每小时温度下降仅有0.5-1度，冬天保温可长达36小时，夏天保温可长达72小时。 2.加热管----长达1米 我司产品加热管，为超长加粗不锈钢加热管。结构从外至内依次是：英格莱800不锈钢管，耐高温绝缘氧化镁粉，高频电阻丝三层结构。美的加热棒耐温高达1357-1385°C 加热管出厂检测作用是用来加热内胆中的水，要求使用寿命长，加热效率高，不得漏电。 ①:外观要求：焊接良好，无明显变形，裂痕，毛刺。 ②:绝缘 ：1000V，2S, ≥20MΩ ③:耐压：1800V，3S，≤5mA 3.温控器 当内胆水温加热超过75°C以后，通过感温元件测温控制自动切断电源, 当水温下降到某一温度时,又自动接通电源，使热水器水温保持在设定值, 确保热水器始终有热水供应。温度调节范围为30~75°C。 4.温控器 如果万一调温器损坏失效，水温继续升高，当达到限温器设定温度时（我公司定为105℃），限温器动作，切断电源，起到防干烧、防超温的保护作用。待排除故障后，只能手动按钮使其复位，才能继续使用。 ①: 性能要求：要求限制温度范围在105（-8-+5）℃必须断开。 ②：寿命要求：通电寿命＞5000次。 ③: 电气安全；在带电端子与绝缘部队间施加1800V、５０Hz,整定电流为５mA的交流电压下持续１min，应无击穿或闪络现象 在同极端子间（OFF状态），施加800V、50Hz,整定电流为5mA的交流电压下持续1min，应无击穿或闪络现象。 |
