翻译，金币奉上，谢谢! 从内蒙古地区牧民家庭中传统发酵法制作的酸马奶中采集的4份样品中分离得到28株乳杆菌、34株乳球菌及22株酵母菌，经过形态特征、生理生化试验及糖类发酵等试验，将乳杆菌鉴定为Lb.plantarum，Lb.curvatus及Lb.jensenii；乳球菌鉴定为Laccoccus lactic subsp.lactis及Streptococcus thermophilus；酵母菌鉴定为S.cerevisiae及L.elongisporus，分别占所分离菌株的33.3 %、38.6 %和28.1 %。 本人英语不好，请英语高手帮忙。 |

28 Lactobacillus，34 galactococcus and 22 microzyme isolated from a traditionally home-made koumis s of Mongolia were tested by morphological feature, physiological and biochemical tests and carbohydrate fermentation. Lactobacillus were assessed to be Lb.plantarum，Lb.curvatus and Lb.jensenii. Galactococcus were assessed to be Laccoccus lactic subsp.lactis and Streptococcus thermophilus.
