加快张兴市农业产业化龙头企业发展探究

摘要：龙头企业是推进农业产业化进程的关键。目前，张兴市农业产业化进程加快，龙头企业不断发展，但从整体上看，龙头企业规模小，竞争力弱，对农业、农村经济和农民增收的带动力还不强。对此，本文从招商引资、、企业自身、与农户的利益联结机制、国家政策等方面提出了做大做强张兴农业产业化龙头企业的对策思路。

The exploration to accelerate the developments of leading enterprise for agricultural industrialization in Zhangxin City

Abstract: Leading enterprises play an important role in promoting agricultural industrialization. At present, in spite of the accelerating process of agricultural
industrialization and the continuous development of the leading enterprises in Zhangxin City, the enterprises are of small scale, weak competitiveness and no strong drive to agriculture, rural economy and increasing peasants' income, from global aspect. To this point, the countermeasure thoughts on making leading enterprises bigger and stronger are proposed in this work, from the aspects including inviting investment, enterprise itself, and national policy.
