请问有人用BET测过涂层孔隙率么 已有1人参与

本人做的方向为铝合金微弧氧化,目前投稿至《Vacuum》返回了修改意见,编辑建议我加做实验,用BET测膜层孔隙率,但我感觉这个方法好像不能测孔隙率,以下是我跟编辑的回复,大家来讨论下,这个方法到底是否能涂层获得孔隙率? Commont:It is advised to present the porosity by an independent method like BET, since you use the porosity obtained by electrochemical test results to interpret the corrosion made by the same electrochemical method. Response: Special thanks to you for this good advice that we have honestly considered. We have been looking for ways to improve the quality of this part and we would like to explain some of our research ideas with you. BET: We have given serious consideration to this method you advised. The method has been widely used in powder materials, especially in ultrafine powders and nano-powder materials. There is some debate, however, as to whether the method could truly reflect the porosity of MAO coating systems. The BET measurement requires collected power samples, which can’t be realized in our systems since the loose coating structures has been destroyed during the sample preparation (We try to scrape it off from the substrates or use solution to peel it off) and the intact free-standing coatings samples can’t be preserved. Unlike other power samples, the pores in our MAO coatings is of the micron scale. The coating/substrate system is like a “sponge”, and the pore information would be lost if the intact sponge is torn. |
