| QuEChERS 方法的操作步骤可以简单归纳为萃取、净化和检测三步，其中净化步骤是QuEChERS 方法与传统农残检测方法最重要的进步，而净化步骤中最重要的因素是净化剂的使用，因此，净化剂的选择是决定QuEChERS 方法性能的最主要因素之一。经典的净化吸附剂是N-丙基乙二胺键合硅胶、C18键合硅胶和石墨化碳黑，随着科学技术的进步和各个学科之间的交叉，一些新颖的净化吸附剂被开发并应用到QuEChERS方法中，并且取得了更好的效果。 |
