与温度和构型有关. 加氢后,在.lst中都有列出理想的键长 比如这个: Default effective X-H distances for T = 20.0 C AFIX m = 1 2 3 4 4[N] 3[N] 15[B] 8[O] 9 9[N] 16 d(X-H) = 0.98 0.97 0.96 0.93 0.86 0.89 1.10 0.82 0.93 0.86 0.93 Note that these distances are chosen to give the best fit to the X-ray data and so avoid the introduction of systematic error. The true internuclear distances are longer and do not vary with temperature ! The apparent variation with temperature is caused by libration. |
