在Science China投了篇稿子，不到一天被拒了，求大家帮忙看看编辑是什么意思，多谢。 下面是回复邮件原文 Dear XXX: Thank you for submitting your manuscript # XXX  entitled "XXX." (XX-XX-2017) which you submitted to the SCIENCE CHINA Physics, Mechanics & Astronomy.Recently, the editorial board of SCPMA has made a significant step to drastically raise publication standard and accelerate the editorial procedure. It is now our policy to decline a manuscript in the earliest editing step by the editorial staff, on some occasions after consultation with the Editorial Advisory Panel, when the paper does not meet the publication standard in SCPMA. This also helps the authors to submit their manuscripts elsewhere without further delay. I appreciate your intention to publish in SCIENCE CHINA Physics, Mechanics & Astronomy and welcome you to submit your future best work to SCPMA.
