[求助] 请各位大神帮忙看一下，怎样进行修改？已有3人参与

有两个地方有疑问：修改稿是在原稿的基础上进行修改吗？minor revisions是进行语法和格式等的修改吗？
IMPORTMENT:没太看明白，意思是将修改稿提交后，原稿应该删除？
