APL找不到审稿人，被拒稿，能不能申诉？ 已有4人参与

We typically require two reviews to make a decision but can make a decision with a single, comprehensive review. Neither of these requirements was met in this case. When an exceptionally large number of qualified reviewers within the field of a paper decline the review assignment, this is generally seen as an indication of a lack of interest in the topic of the paper for the readers of our Journal. In such cases, we find that continuing to look for qualified reviewers who will accept the assignment leads to further delay. I am, therefore, returning the paper to you, so you can seek publication elsewhere where other qualified reviewers may be found. If one review was obtained, the reviewer's comments are given below for reference. Please accept my apologies for the delay this has caused in the publication of your manuscript. |
