导师对研究计划的回复疑问

Thank you for your email. It looks as though you are on track to meet our entry requirements for the PhD program after you graduate. Regarding the proposal, this is a promising beginning, I think you need to rework it to be a viable proposal. At the moment it is good to have an idea of what the trade relations between the three states are. But then you need to look at the concept and practice of ****** as outlined in the literature on the *********. At present this is lacking and for an ********* proposal a major oversight. Second, you need to think through whether you can make a normative argument that these three states would be better off. Better off compared with what? Are you making a policy recommendation? The basis for the PhD is an original contribution to knowledge rather than a policy recommendation (although this may be a useful outcome of the research). 这是老师给我的回复，她让我改过后再发给她，可是我不大懂什么叫政策性建议和原创知识贡献，求解答，  谢谢！ |
