美国辛辛那提大学机械工程系现招全额奖学金博士生，信息如下： Two Ph.D. positions are immediately available in the Structural Health Assessment and Monitoring Laboratory at the University of Cincinnati. A candidate must have a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or relevant disciplines; a master degree is a plus. Besides, the candidate is expected to have the following qualifications: Strong background in mathematics and mechanics Strong hands-on capabilities of designing and performing experiments Strong skills using MATLAB and finite element software Financial support for the tuition and stipend will be provided for strong candidates.
