如何通过XRD证明是单晶涂层，其依据是什么！！！！

Sample Text 如何通过XRD方法可以验证单晶涂层，我的意思是XRD打出的峰线呈现怎么样的特征才能还说明我的涂层是单晶的呢？只是对称线两边的特征峰只有一个么？原理是什么？ 如果我的涂层中有亚晶或者小角度晶界的话，XRD峰线又是什么样的特点呢？对称线两边的特征峰呈现细微的两个峰，但是区分的方法是什么？ 原理又是什么呢？ 我说的是验证单晶涂层，不是多晶中的单个晶粒！！！ 或者能够推荐参考书目也行！！！多谢拉！！！ |

if this film is grown epitaxially on a single crystal substrate, you may just need to use theta 2theta scan mode, showing an overlap of two sets of peaks together with additional peaks from small misoriented grains (if there are there). If the substrate is not single crystal or there is a complex orientation relationship between the two, the situation is more complicated. [ Last edited by hsbchsbc on 2009-2-15 at 20:54 ] |
