Be prepared（时刻准备着） Be professional（专业） Project a positive, confident attitude：基于事实的自信Listen CAREFULLY to the question（听懂问题） Wait until the inspector has FINISHED asking the question（千万别抢答） Answer ONLY the question asked honestly & directly(只回答所问问题，直接+诚实+真实，千万别编) Provide documents accurately and timely (5 min.) Leave room if FDA asks for verbal OK（OK! 立即离开！） Police your area（你的地盘里做主） Re-read SOP and records（查阅SOP/记录） PRESENT it if you have any document that is seriously close to what is being asked for (融会贯通，灵活处置，但必须基于事实！) Attempt to clarify or correct misunderstandings or assumptions（及时澄清误解） Provide “context” to a SME for any question（把来龙去脉和技术专家讲清楚） “ I Don’t Know” is acceptable （可以说：抱歉，我不知道！ 绝不能为了面子编造答案！） |

不要做以下事情！ Volunteer information（主动提供信息） Guess or estimate（猜测，估计） Provide any misinformation（提供错误信息） Provide misleading information（提供误导信息） Leave Investigator(s) alone（让检查官单溜） Show temper or be argumentative（发脾气，争辩） NEVER EVER LIE 决不能撒谎！ 任何没有书面证据的回答都是谎言！ Don’t show off（别卖弄，别多嘴！） 绝不要为了显示自己而主动提供没有被问到的信息！ Don’t be shy to ask them to repeat/clarify a question （别害羞让检查官重复或澄清你没听清的问题） 别轻易说“不”，但绝不能编造没有书面证据的答案！ Once you say “NO” it’s hard to gain credibility for “YES” Make negative comment about your fellow worker or the company. （别责备或负面评价同事或公司！） 不要在检查官面前议论、比较、争论问题！ If the inspector is silent don’t panic – just WAIT – DON’T talk DO NOT have to answer in English （如果你的英文表达可能会引起误解，请说普通话） HE may speak/understand Chinese– THEY ALL understand body language (可能懂汉语，更懂肢体语言， 所以不要做小动作！) “The huddle 别紧张/ 害怕，你有团队支持” – they ask a question and five of your guys, go pale and start whispering for a few minutes in frantic tones and then say “yes” Keep your really “enthusiastic” guys WELL away from the inspector. （别太热情，更别自作多情！） 绝不要为了显示自己而主动提供没有被问到的信息！ Don’t do quick fixes 别匆匆忙忙改正，一旦递交上去就没有更改可能！ – the FDA is not your GMP consultant – You are supposed to be familiar with the regulations FDA不是我们的顾问，别向他请教法规问题！ |
