ENERGY CONVERSION AND MANAGEMENT 投稿经验分享

附上时间进度以供参考 2017.06.05 Submitted to journal 2017.06.08 Under review 2017.06.29 Under editor evaluation 2017.07.08 Revise （没有表明大修还是小修，编辑给了24天，应该是大修；一共四个审稿人：一个没有意见，两个是修改，共15条意见，还算好改，一个审稿人不推荐发表（  ），编辑给了5条意见。所有修改意见主要集中在引言对创新性叙述不清晰，文中所述方法对比分析不够全面。 全部按照审稿人意见修改，并添加了对不推荐发表的审稿人的长长回复） 2017.08.01 Revision submitted to journal 2017.08.02 With editor 2017.08.03 Under review 2017.08.23 Required Reviews Completed 2017.08.24 Revise （没有表明大修还是小修，这次编辑给了两周，感觉是小修。 两个问题，一天搞定，又拖了两天回复，想给编辑留下好印象） 2017.08.28 Revision submitted to journal 2017.08.28 Accept 杂志效率特别高，从投稿到接受一共85天，其中在手里修改一个月，两次外审都是21天回来，文章在编辑手里基本不拖。 感觉该杂志对引言和研究内容的完整性和创新性要求较高，而对语言水平要求一般（没有对论文提出进一步润色要求，   高兴！）。并且，对文章的写作格式、参考文献格式也没有硬性要求，自由度较高。下面附上两次修改过程的编辑意见，以供参考，对比可知有些话是套路，有些话能反映编辑对文章的态度： （1）Thank you for sending the manuscript/revised manuscript "论文名字" to Energy Conversion and Management for publication. I apologize for the lengthy period of review. The review is now complete, and unfortunately, it is not completely favorable. Therefore, the paper cannot be published in Energy Conversion and Management as it is presented. I have received detailed and thorough comments on your paper from four esteemed referees. As you can see from the reviews below, one well-established reviewer expresses serious concerns about this manuscript and has come to the conclusion that this work should not be published in the Journal. I have gone over the reviews very carefully, and I think the referees have raised a number of concerns. However, I would like to give you an opportunity to fully address, point-by-point, all the issues raised by the reviewers. 。。。。。。。具体意见 。。。。。。 I hope these comments will be helpful to you. My sense of the reviewers' comments is that there is a very good basis on which I can recommend that this paper be modified in a responsive manner to the comments above. If the modification is done carefully and completely, upon re-submission and evaluation, I think you can be confident that the paper will be accepted for publication in Energy Conversion and Management.
