Mendeley offers publication statistics to published authors. If you have authored an article and this is indexed in Scopus, Mendeley can provide you with an at-a-glance view of the impact of your published work in the wider world.
下面给了注册的链接，请问这个是elsevier数据库必须注册的吗？Mendeley是用来整理文献的吗？

Mendeley is a "collaboration", sharing, reference manager, etc from Elsevier. It's a little program, free. You need to sign up to use it. I do not use it because of their marketing practices. People use it also as "social network". I suggest you do some investigation, for example look for "mendeley reviews", etc.
