Q3: Also, Tukey’s HSD at p<0.05 is not really a valid measure of differences in relative abundance. A non-parametric test (ie. AMoVA )with an adjusted P-value or FDR adjustment should be used. If no differences in differential abundance with q-value then this should be stated and significant p-values reported. 咨询下审稿人前一句话让我把分析方法Tukey换成 non-parametric test，我换了但是第二句话什么意思呢？还有个q值，看差异显著性不是看p就可以了么，q是什么鬼？不懂统计啊求大神指导 |
