No. Open Access is related to how people get access to your publications. Gold means immediate access, green may be delayed access after embargo. Obviously, if you pay to publish in Open Access the price is different, Gold is more expensive than Green, and sometimes you do not have to pay Green Open access at all if your research was funded by some government agencies. It's not so easy to explain in a single post in a forum. The ACS and Elsevier have good documents that you can read about this. If still not clear you are welcome to contact me by email and can send you a document or links with more detailed description.

Then you do not publish Open Access. Did you get funds for Open access publication? If you tell me the journal I can advise better.

在论文提交阶段需要填写这个，不知道打钩了会不会有论文版面费的减免还是怎么回事
