请问掺杂和合金镀层中的固溶有没有区别？

我做的纳米粒子复合镀层。XRD测试发现复合镀层的衍射峰全部左偏小角度。因此得出纳米粒子CeO2（论文中某处不小心写成了Ce原子）固溶进镍晶格，引起晶格畸变的结论。下面是审稿人对这部分的质疑。 In order to justify dissolution of Ce atoms in the Ni lattice and verify the changes in “chemical state” of them, the XPS or AES analysis are needed. Even though, the observed large peak shifting cannot be explained based on the assumption that some Ce atoms could be dissolved in the Ni lattice. Because such dissolution (if existed) should be limited to the interfacial region of Ni matrix and CeO2 oxide particles. 请问各位大牛： 纳米粒子复合镀层中纳米粒子是属于掺杂还是固溶呢？ 这两者有区别吗？ 上述审稿意见该如何回复呢？谢谢！ |
