Five implants were incubated in five polypropylene tubes with 5 mL of PBS, which were placed in an air bath shaker at 150 rpm at 37±0.5°C. Three days later, the release media were collected into one tube, lyophilized, reconstituted in 200 μL Milli-Q water and subjected to 。。。 measurement. 我想表达的意思是：5个植入物分别放到5个EP管中，每个EP管里有5mlPBS，置于摇床中，150 rpm at 37±0.5°C。3天后，5个管里的释放介质收集到一个管中，冻干水重悬后进行相应检测，总觉得第一句话写的特别不地道，麻烦帮忙修改，谢谢啦~~~ |

The released media(你确定介质是这么翻译吗） were collected at the same amount (i.e. 1.0 ml?) for all the 5 plants and injected into one tube (什么tube?) for "lyophilization and reconstution" (这样可以吗???) as one sample, which was further characterized with ****for *** and *** for *** |
