| Experimental apparatus was shown in Figure 1: three dry electrodes were placed in three rectangular metal box respectively. In the first box, the top electrodes was wire electrode (some small copper wires were fixed at a metal frame, and the spacing between the small copper wires was adjustable), the bottom electrode was metal plates, and spacing between the two electrodes can be adjustable. In the second box, the top electrodes was needle electrode (some sewing needles were linked with copper, and spacing between the needles can be adjustable), the bottom electrode was metal plates, and spacing between the two electrodes can be adjustable. In the third box, the top and bottom electrodes were both metal plate, with the spacing between those two electrodes adjustable. In each box, a temperature sensor was equipped to monitor and control the temperature, and there has one ventilating hole on the above of the box. A continuously adjustable high voltage power supply was used as the high voltage power supply |
