本来想付费请公司翻译的，但就那么两段... 名词不需要翻译，还有单位，例如HTIB、2-phenyl-1-pentene、H2O这些，单位是指mmol、g、ml、mg这些，统统都不需要译出来。 意思我都看得懂，但因为要写在文章里的，所以要翻得顺畅。感谢感谢。 Crystalline HTIB (3.92g, 10mmol) was added to a magnetically stirred solution of 2-phenyl-1-pentene (1.60g, 10.9mmol) in 95% methanol (45mL). The HTIB dissolved rapidly (15s) with mild heat evolution (41℃) to give a colorless solution. After 20 min at room temperature, the solution was concen trated under aspirator vacuum, and the oily mixture that remained was partitioned between CH2Cl2(40mL) and H2O(40mL). The organic layer was washed with H2O(2•40 mL) and brine(35 mL), dried over MgSO4, and concentrated to a colorless oil(2.66g). Flash column chromatography of the oil on silica gel with 10% EtOAc/hexanes gave 1-phenyl-2-pentanone[2] as a colorless oil;1.43g (88%); A soln. of [ 2] (1.746g,10mmol),N-bromosuccinimide(1.783g,10mmol),and 10mg AIBN in CCL4 (40ml) was heated under reflux for 1 h.After is was allowed to cool to r.t.,the precipitated succinimide was removed by filtration and the solvent by distillation:crude product (1.53g,100%). |
