怪异的投稿经历，求助，请各位大牛指点，谢谢 已有3人参与

我投了个稿件，被拒了。根据主编的建议重投了，审稿一年后说在投稿系统里有一个duplication。调查后，主编说只查到跟我以前投的稿件有重复。但他只能按照投稿系统的决定，他没权改变。主编也跟投稿管理系统协调过了，给的解释是这可能是一个程序错误，谁也没办法，也没说稿件怎么处理。这样会不会以后都认为是学术不端？我投稿期刊用的是springer的投稿管理系统。会不会以后投稿遭到springer系统的封杀？下面是主编的回信，请大牛们给分析一下！也太怪异了！！ After a lot of work, which for me meant struggling, the manuscript-handling system Editorial Manager (EM) was not able to come up with any decent argument as to why it complained, except for your having revised a manuscript, which is the purpose of a revision. Though I realize that that competent support from computer science may well be very helpful, in our present case I can only say, on the basis of the data delivered, that the result is an example of bad programming. I am not at all responsible for it but must take EM suggestions into account. I have no choice. |
