看了一篇water research上关于微生物降解的文章——Effect of substrate characteristics on microbial community structure, function, resistance, and resilience; application to coupled photocatalytic-biological treatment，里面有几处都提到了spike（刺？钉？），求翻译。 1. A spike of 100 mM 2,4,5-trichlorophenol was then applied to each chemostat. 2. but it may not be well suited to handle toxic spikes. 3. did not yield a microbial community with strong resistance and resilience to a TCP spike |
