帮我修改写下中文期刊的英文摘要,截止至明日中午,有点急。

投了篇中文,给出的建议:‘摘要过于简单并没有写出本文综述的重点内容;英文摘要存在中文式的表述,建议修改中文摘要后重新撰写;’ 我改后的中文摘要: 硫酸阿扎那韦是一种新型氮杂肽类的高选择性和高效蛋白酶抑制剂, 临床上可单独使用或与其他抗逆转录病毒药物联合治疗感染了艾滋病病毒, 尤其适用于服用现有抗逆转录病毒药物未见疗效的患者。本文主要就硫酸阿扎那韦的理化性质、晶型、临床用药、合成方法、主要中间体(2R,3S)-Boc环氧化物【英文名字是(2R,3S)-3-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)amino- 1, 2-epoxy- 4- phenylbutane)】的合成方法、原料药的市场情况及艾滋病相关国内外发展情况做简要的综述,同时文章的最后也提供了硫酸阿扎那韦品种的Swot分析。 我写的原来未修改的英文摘要(可做参考吧): Abstract: Atazanavir sulfate is a novel azapeptide protease inhibitor (PIS) with high selection and efficiency, alone or in combination with other antiretroviral treatment of experienced patients with multiple resistance mutations to PIS. In this paper, physicochemical properties, mechanism of action, synthetic methods of atazanavir sulfate and synthetic methods of its intermediates are introduced. 麻烦牛人们帮我修改或重新写,金币可任意再增加。最好别存在中文表达式啊,表现出英语水平的那种,用词精准些吧。 如不同人帮修改,按照人数,我可再成倍增加奖励。 都好几年没写过英文东西了,再加上自身水平差点,麻烦各位了!明天中午要返回去。 |

Abstract: In this paper, we provide an overview on atazanavir sulfate, a novel azapeptide protease inhibitor, including the physicochemical properties, crystalline type, synthesis methods for the main intermediates (2R, 3S) -Boc [name is English epoxide (2R, 3S) -3- (tert-butoxycarbonyl) amino- 1, 2-epoxy- 4- phenylbutane)] and the finished product, current market for the active pharmaceutical ingredient and the main intermediates, R&D efforts at home and abroad, and clinical applications for AIDS patients. At the end of the article we also provide a critical analysis of atazanavir sulfate. |

We provide detailed information on the physicochemical properties, crystalline type, synthesis methods for the main intermediates (2R, 3S) -Boc [epoxide (2R, 3S) -3- (tert-butoxycarbonyl) amino- 1, 2-epoxy- 4- phenylbutane)] and the finished product, current market for the active pharmaceutical ingredient and the main intermediates, R&D efforts at home and abroad, and clinical applications for AIDS patients. At the end of the article we also provide a critical analysis of atazanavir sulfate. |
