Currently, China's teacher recruitment examination is not only the effective mechanism to promote overall quality improvement of teachers from the source, but also the important measures to promote China's system reform of institutions. From the perspective of the horizontal reference test and norm-referenced test, and from the nature of the examination, competition mode, selected targets, and target appeal dimension, this paper realizes the operation mode construction of teacher recruitment examination by means of the comparative study of Teacher recruitment examination and Teacher qualification examination, according to the internal logic of competitive selection texts. |
