求翻译摘要 当前，我国教师招聘考试不仅是从源头上促进教师队伍整体素质提升的有效机制，也是推进我国事业单位体制改革的重要措施。本文从水平参照考试与常模参照考试的视角，从考试的性质归属、竞争方式、选拔对象、目标诉求的维度，按照竞争性选拔考试的内在逻辑，通过教师招聘考试与教师资格考试的比较研究，实现对教师招聘考试的运行模式的构建。 |

| Currently, China's teacher recruitment examination is not only the effective mechanism to promote overall quality improvement of teachers from the source, but also the important measures to promote China's system reform of institutions. From the perspective of the horizontal reference test and norm-referenced test, and from the nature of the examination, competition mode, selected targets, and target appeal dimension, this paper realizes the operation mode construction of teacher recruitment examination by means of the comparative study of Teacher recruitment examination and Teacher qualification examination, according to the internal logic of competitive selection texts. |
