1）稿件被拒，首先要责怪的人是自己；要从自身找原因，要记住审稿人是上帝，一般而言Editor更偏向Reviewers而不是Authors,因为一个好的期刊，要保证质量，就必须要一些严格的审稿人，一般而言审稿人是业内较为知名的人士，或者在相关领域中已作出相当的工作。 2）Appeal时要注意语气，不要动肝火，要尊重他人，审稿意见即使有不对的地方也要说得很委婉；因为Appeal的目的是希望打动Editor，让论文接收增加一线希望。无礼的行为会加速Editor对Appeal的枪决，会和我们的初衷背道而驰。因此我建议，发生这种事情一定要先冷静下来，不可鲁莽行事。好好构思一下，如何回答问题，如何回复Editor对自己有利。 3）处理对审稿意见有歧义的地方，要有理有据，不要用个人的主管观点作为出发点，要引用论文或者其他审稿人正面的意见进行反驳。即使有主观色彩很重的地方，也要说出其中的依据，并恳请主编作出决定并希望主编能给机会，当然如果是对的主编当然会作出有利的判决。 申诉信(Appeal letter) 模板 括号内为注释 Dear Dr. or Prof. XXXX (family name of the Editor or Editor-in-Chief who issued the decision letter), Thank you for your efficient work in processing our manuscript entitled “XXXX (title of the article)” (Manuscript No: XXXX).
